Your game doesn't complete the power-up sequence.

ACTION TO TAKE
[] 1.Using a meter, check fuses on the power module as-
sembly.
[ ] 2.Turn power off and open the backbox. Locate the LED
(Light-Emitting Diode) on the 6803 Control Board.

Board, the game performs a test.
When you encounter no
problems, the game powers up immediately, without flash-
ing the LED.
If the game detects problems, each flash of
the LED indicates passage of another test. See the chart
below.
