WARRANTY
WARRANTY:
National Rejectors,
Inc. warrants all equipment
sold by it to be free from defec-
tive material and factory workmanship.
NRI will repair or replace (at its option) onl part of the
equipment
which proves to be defective in material Or factory workmanship within eighteen
months of the date of manufacture,
subject to the conditions below.
CONDITIONS:
1.
This Warranty will not apply to any equipment which hos been, in NRI's opinion,
subject to
accident,
abuse, misuse,
neglect,
or improper installation,
maintenance,
or repair.
2. For this Warranty to apply, send the defective part(s) to National Rejectors,
Inc.
Trans-
portation charges will be borne by the purchoser.
3. If an assembly is returned under this Warranty for repair or replacement
of one or more of its
parts, a charge will be mode for the labor involved in removing and replacing said part(s}.
4. NRI will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the purchaser incidental
to the
repair or replacement of equipment covered by this Warranty.
5. No person is authorized or permitted to make any other Warranty on NRI's beholf, or to obli-
gate NRlta any liability not strictly in accordance with this Wnrranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
IN-
CLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
