There are many ways to light an Extra Ball:
Collect the three eyes from the Spider Web
Complete a number of Web Loops (right ramp).
Squash all leapers during the first Leaper Mania.
Advance the Bonus Multiplier.
Get to Scared Stiff.
When Extra Ball is lit, shoot the center passage to collect it.
