If a tale is underway, spinning the lamp adds to the Jewel Value.
If MultiBall is underway, spinning the lamp adds to the Genie Jackpot.
Completing a trail of smoke adds one Wish and starts Lightning Lamp.
Lightning Lamp: Spin the lamp before the timer expires to gain Lightning Award points.
Each Lightning spin will also reset the timer.
