What is that blue plastic tool looking thing that was in the bag of hardware?
The 3 levels of precision: Measure it with a Mic, Mark it with a Crayon, Cut it with an Ax.

Yeah you bet buddy. There is nothing worse then throwing out something and the like a day later your dumpster diving for it.

Mine actually came broken.  Any way to get a replacement sent out?  Should I file a support ticket for that?

yes, I would file a ticket ... no idea how it would break as it's PETG, which does not break easily, bends first.
