Left gate stuck closed error

I am getting a "Left Gate Stuck Closed" error. The coil works and it appears to be opening and closing the gate.
When I am playing a game I am able to do a Super Skill Shot (which means the gate opens). It also stays closed for a regular skill shot.
Interestingly, during the Solenoid tests, number 27 and number 28 the right and left gates operate with the door open. Wonder if that happens on all MMRLEs? Or is that an indication of the problem? The drawbridge also opens during the Solenoid tests while the door is open.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

If you play a bunch of games the error will clear itself. After the balls goes by the gate it isn't always triggering the next switch on the playfield, so the game thinks the gate is stuck closed. You can adjust the switch if need be so the ball hits it better.

Gates and draw bridge are low power so they work with the door open.

I adjusted the switch as you suggested and the error cleared up. Just as you said it would.

Glad Lloyd fixed it, its a common error on the originals. And its confusing since it has nothing to do with the gates. Its actually the switches in the loop, they fail to see the ball so the game assumes the gate blocked it and it came out through the pops (without hitting them)
