Switch error
« on: August 11, 2016, 11:18:22 PM »
Just got my MMr today. The only significant issue I've run into so far is that my right inlane is not registering; in test mode I get the error shown in the photo. What's the fix for this? Thanks.

Looks like it is stuck closed.

Please go into Tests - Switch Edge - and push the switch arm up and down and see if the switch works. Up should be open and when your finger or a ball presses it, it should be closed.

Lloyd - the switch does not respond when tested. Looking underneath I do not see any obviously loose connections.

If the connector reaches try it in a different spot to see if it's switch or board.

If it's the switch please go to Support on Chicago-Gaming.com and open a ticket to get a new switch.

The switch appears to be faulty. Opened ticket #793 on CGC's support portal. Thanks
