Had my left flipper fall off as well 2 days ago.  Took a while to find the hex screws.  Right flipper was tight. Besides the upper rail not allowing a slow ball to pass through, game has been solid.

Have my game since mid Oct, just lost time and date today.  Thought I had the latest software , no?

Ever since I received my game in Oct, a slow roll up either the left OR right orbit will get stuck at the gate at the top of the pf. This happens at least once every 3 games. The glass has to be taken off to get the ball. What activates that gate and what is the fix? A ball search does not activate that gate, so the glass must come off. So frustrating.
