MMR Support [MMR Members Only] / Castle Drawbridges Error message says "Down switch broken"

My machine is giving me an error message that the up and down switches are broken.  when i go into the switch test mode and operate the manually nothing happens the do not close they stay in the open position. Both switches stay open. help
