Drawbridge not fully closing
« on: November 20, 2015, 01:37:13 PM »
Hi Lloyd
The drawbridge opens fine but does not fully close.  There is a gap of about one inch... The playfield is level.  If you elevate the playfield then it closes in test mode.  Tried adjusting the switch to no avail.
Thx

You can loosen the allen head set screw on the link that hooks to the draw bridge axle, and try and adjust it a little.

It does hang open a bit.

Thank you,
Lloyd

the bridge never closes fully on its own. it should be open. It can get pushed back to fully closed by a ball smacking it. being left partly open directs balls down into the moat. When it does get bashed hard enough to close fully you can get airballs back over the moat

The drawbridge does not fully close.  Drawbridges do not fully close.   Google them, you'll see they stay open a little bit due to the inherent design of the system.  Let it hang open, that's how it is supposed to look.
