I put the right side into the left spot and it didn't lite up. I have a "big board" ordered and on the way. Out of warranty. $299. plus shipping.   :(

I would see if you can get your original board repaired. Looking at the schematic, it's not a complicated circuit to that board, so you just need to send the schematic to a qualified board tech who does SMD. Ping Clive at Coin Op Cauldron and see if he's willing to give it a shot.
